As well as over 30 years experience of warehousing, order processing and fulfilment, we can help with other thorny issues such as conformity, barcoding, trademarks, packaging design and more. We’ve got you covered
Our core business offers stock receipt, storage, order picking/packing and shipping. We can also deal with returns, repacking and labelling, barcodes, stock monitoring and reordering, leaflet printing and basic customer service. Our software verifies addresses so you have fewer non deliveries and updates your customers at every stage of the order process.
Stock Receipt
From one carton to a 40′ container. From down the road to across the world, we’ve dealt with it all. We can receive, QC and store your goods either on pallets or in smaller containers.
Pick/Pack Operations
We will accurately pick your orders and pack securely for shipping. Many orders leave the same day as they’re placed. We can supply custom packaging for odd shaped goods too!
Worldwide Shipping
We have contracts with a number of national and international couriers, but if you have a courier contract we’re happy to use yours too. We ship anywhere.
Stock Storage
Our custom made storage system makes the absolute best use of space. We’ll rotate stock so your oldest items are used first, and we can keep records of batch numbers if you need this.
Returns Processing
If you have returns, we can receive and process these for you, grading them so you keep those you need and dispose responsibly of the rest. We can rework and repackage as necessary.
You Retain Control
Our specialist software links to your website to download and process orders. We can allow you access to our system to see stock levels, orders and process reports on a daily basis.
